Tuition is not based on single lessons or by the month, it is a yearly fee covering thirty-five weeks and depends on the number of
classes a student takes per week. Allowance is made for holiday in the total figure, and a discount is given for students taking more
than one class per week and for those paying yearly. Fees are due and payable in advance to De Frances Academy in your choice of the
following ways: 1 payment (September 1); or 9 installments (on the first lesson of every month, August through April).
A registration
fee of $40.00 must accompany the initial tuition payment. All students are expected to pay for lessons by the first lesson of the
month. Accounts paid after the 15th will incur a $20.00 service charge.
A $20.00 charge will be assessed for any NSF checks.

Withdrawal
Policy:
If a student wishes to withdraw, written notice must be sent in advance to the office. Students are responsible for yearly
tuition and will be billed until written notice is received by bookkeeper. No refunds are granted for classes not attended, or for
the month during which a student withdraws. Make-up classes are available.
